This Privacy Policy discloses how City Realty Partners, Inc. (CRP) treats personal information that it collects and receives, including information related to Users (as defined in CRP’s Terms of Service) past use of CRP’s products and services. Personal information is information about the User that is personally identifiable like your name, business name, address, email address, phone number, and other information about the User which is not otherwise publicly available (“Personal Information”). This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that CRP does not own or control, or to people that CRP does not employ or manage.

1. CRP collects Personal Information when User registers with CRP, when CRP’s Services (as defined in CRP’s Terms of Service) are purchased, and when User visits CRP web pages or the pages of certain CRP advertisers. CRP may combine information it has with information it obtains from its business partners or other companies. Once User registers with CRP and/or uses its Services User is not anonymous to CRP.

2. CRP collects information about User’s transactions with CRP and with its business partners.

3. CRP may automatically receive and record information on its server logs from User’s browser, including User’s IP address, cookie information, and the requested page.

4. The information collected by CRP may be used for the following purposes: to customize advertising and content User views, fulfill User requests for products and services, improve services offered by CRP, contact User, and conduct research.

5. CRP does not rent, sell, or share personal information about its Users with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services User has requested, when CRP has your permission, or under the following circumstances:

(a) to respond to subpoenas, court orders, legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims,

or

(b) when CRP believes it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of CRP’s Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.

6. CRP does not provide any personal information to any advertiser; however, when User interacts with or views an advertisement on CRP, User is consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the CRP ad.

7. CRP may set and access cookies on User’s computer. CRP may let other companies that show advertisements of CRP set and access their cookies on User’s computer. Other companies’ use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to CRP’s cookies.
